Accomodation is an essential part of our offering.
BASI provides you with various accomodation possibilities during your stay in Buenos Aires. It's up to you to choose if you prefer staying in a hostel, an apartment, a hotel or with an argentine family.

Host family

Living with an Argentine family during your stay in Buenos Aires is a unique possibility to get to know our way of life: our habits, our food, our daily schedules, traditional Argentine hospitality and much more. It allows you to practice your Spanish in everyday situations, to improve your vocabulary, to improve your pronunciation and to get a feel for the use of certain expressions and phrases. Host family stays are the perfect way to truely learn and live the Porteño lifestyle.
The families are prepared to receive students and to introduce them to life in Buenos Aires. Most importantly, they share with us the fundamental desire to receive people from all over the world, to exchange experiences and help familiarize students with our culture.

There are many options to consider when staying with a family. In all cases you have your own room (no shared rooms except for couples). Students can arrange special requirements and considerations regarding breakfast and dinner with their respective families. In most cases, bathroom and kitchen usage are shared with family members.

Individual rooms (no meals included):
Prices range from US$ 110 per week

Apartment

We are happy to organize and arrange appartment stays. Appartments are equipped to the highest standard, with all furniture and equipment necessary for a comfortable stay.

Prices range from US$400-800 per month

Hostel

In a hostel students meet other students and backpackers of all nationalities and have a very multicultural atmosphere. People share experiences and stories from all over the world.

Prices range from US$8 per day and higher

Hotel

There is a great variety of hotels of all imaginable categories, prices and qualities in Buenos Aires. If students provide us with their hotel preferences, we will make the necessary arrangements.

Prices range from US$13 per day upwards.

BASI is more than just a school

Along with teaching Spanish we also organize a range of weekly extracurricular activities so that are just a few of the activities that we organize. Whatever you need, we can organize it for you.

1. We can organise airport transfers to your hotel/hostel etc

2. We can set you up with good local travel agents who can give you special tour packages
(at great prices) around Buenos Aires and Argentina.

3. We also organise extra curricular activities weekly.
